Participation in the activities organised by EasyAdventures, S.L. is conditioned by the natural environment in which they take place, as well as by the physical and mental conditions of each participant (climate, river flows, wind, body complexion, mental state, personal equipment, etc.). The company may suspend, modify or postpone an activity, even at the time of its start, if weather conditions or any other circumstance so require. In case of cancellation on the same day of the activity, the client may choose a new date.
All activities are subject to a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, Easy Adventures, S.L. may cancel the activity, offering the client the possibility of rescheduling it or refunding the amount paid.
Easy Adventures, S.L. assumes responsibility for the activity from the beginning, with civil liability insurance and accident and assistance insurance. However, each participant is responsible for their conduct and actions.
Customers must report in advance any relevant medical condition: pregnancy, disabilities, allergies, cardiovascular diseases or others that may pose a risk to their integrity or that of others.
The company reserves the right to prevent participation if the client does not have the required physical or technical conditions or material. The schedule of the activity may also be modified or delayed for these reasons.
Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications that may alter the ability to react will not be allowed. Smoking is also not allowed during the development of the activities.
The client assumes the risk of wearing prostheses, glasses or contact lenses during the activities, being responsible for any damage that may be suffered by said material.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult, legal guardian, teacher or responsible monitor. Otherwise, an authorization signed by the legal guardian must be presented.
Before the start, the monitors will give an informative talk about the itinerary, use of the material, safety rules, care of the environment, etc. The customer must read and understand the technical data sheet of the activity. This can be requested by email or offered by phone.
The company may use, with the prior consent of the client, the images taken during the activities for promotional purposes (website, networks, brochures, etc.).
The participant agrees to follow the instructions of the monitors and comply with all safety regulations. Activities in nature carry certain inherent risks (sprains, sunburns, etc.), so claims arising from accidental damage will not be accepted. The activities are carried out in groups, so it is necessary to adapt to the level of the less experienced. By registering, paying or signing, the customer declares that he/she is aware of and accepts these conditions.
It is mandatory to know how to swim to participate in water or combined activities.
EasyAdventures, S.L. is not responsible for accidents that occur before or after the activity.
The participant will collaborate with the group and with the technical team when required. In no case will they assume functions or responsibilities of guides, monitors or technicians. They must avoid arrogant or competitive attitudes that can alter the harmony of the group.
The participant must be well informed about the activity and make sure that it fits their personal abilities and interests. Transportation to the meeting place is at the expense of the participant, who must arrive early enough to avoid delays.
Any incident during the movement (dizziness, weakness, medication, etc.) must be reported to those in charge before starting the activity.
The activities are subject to variations due to weather conditions or characteristics of the group. The company may modify schedules and itineraries for security reasons. In these cases, the amount paid will not be refunded, but a change of date will be offered at no cost.
In exceptional cases and for justified personal reasons, if the activity has not yet started, the refund may be requested, applying the following deductions:
– Travel expenses: 20 €
– Main guide: 100 € / Secondary guide: 50 €
– Compulsory insurance (non-refundable): 5 €/person
In each activity, the necessary material will be detailed. If any participant does not have the essential equipment, the organization may delay, suspend their participation or continue without their presence, if the fault is attributable to the client.
The previous explanation is considered part of the service. The customer must pay attention and carefully follow the instructions of the responsible personnel. Dangerous areas (slopes, currents, chasms, ice, etc.) may not be accessed without express authorisation. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate exclusion without the right to a refund.
Safety equipment must be used correctly throughout the activity. The customer is responsible for the assigned equipment and must report any damage or loss. In the event of negligence, replacement or payment of the corresponding value may be required.
Environmental Commitment of Easy Adventures, S.L.
Easy Adventures, S.L. promotes a deep respect for the natural environment. The activities take place in environments that are often protected, so maximum care will be required not to leave a trace of the passage of the group.
This includes:
– Do not generate waste.
– Do not alter the natural environment.
– Respect the flora, fauna and cultural or geological elements.
– Maintain responsible behavior with other users in the environment.
The client undertakes to act with ecological responsibility, promoting values of sustainability and respect for nature during the performance of all the activities organized by Easy Adventures, S.L.
Images taken during the activities may be used for information or promotional purposes, unless otherwise communicated in writing before the start.
At the end of the activity, the participant will deliver the assigned material and will be able to leave their evaluations or opinions to contribute to the improvement of the service.
