Easy Adventures S.L. is a company dedicated to the organization and realization of active tourism activities in Spain. Our headquarters are located at Calle San Didac 9 Bajo, Torrent, Valencia 46900, Spain, with CIF number B21640404, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, with a registration date of 10/01/2025.
2. Object of the Contract
This document regulates the conditions of access, use and contracting of the services offered by Easy Adventures S.L. to its customers through its https://www.easyadventures.com website and other means of contact. The activities offered include, among others, hiking trails, climbing, rafting, kayaking, biking trails, coasteering, among others.
3. Booking and Contracting of Activities
Bookings for activities must be made through our website, by phone or by email. By making a booking, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein. The booking will only be confirmed after receipt of the corresponding payment or deposit, depending on the chosen activity. If payment is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation may be cancelled. Activities are subject to availability, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
4. Pricing and Payments
The prices of the activities are clearly indicated on our website or in the corresponding information leaflet and are for guidance only. Final prices may vary depending on the type of activity or group. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash, according to the options available during the booking process. Prices include the cost of the activity, the necessary equipment (if applicable), the corresponding insurance and, if specified, transportation.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation by the customer
• Up to 24 hours in advance: full refund or free date change
• Less than 24 hours: rescheduling will be attempted, but no refund is guaranteed
Cancellation by Easy Adventures S.L.
• If we cancel due to bad weather, security or other justified reasons, the customer may:
– change date
– receive a full refund
No show
• If the customer does not show up without notice, the amount is not refunded
• Attempts will be made to reschedule if there is availability
Booking changes
• Can be requested up to 24 hours in advance
• Changes with less time are subject to availability
• No penalty for giving advance notice

6. Requirements and Responsibility of the Client
The client undertakes to follow the instructions of the guide or person in charge of the activity at all times, as well as to comply with the established safety regulations. The client will be required to report any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the activity (e.g. heart problems, allergies, etc.). The activities are subject to a series of physical and/or technical requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they meet these requirements before booking. Easy Adventures S.L. is not responsible for accidents, personal injuries or losses suffered by the client during the activities, unless negligence is demonstrated on the part of the company or its guides.
7. Activity Insurance
All active tourism activities organized by Easy Adventures S.L. include accident and civil liability insurance. The client accepts that the insurance covers only the risks inherent to the contracted activity and within the limits established by the policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All the contents of the website, brochures, informative materials, logos and trademarks are the property of Easy Adventures S.L. and are protected by intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized use of such content is prohibited.
In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data), Easy Adventures S.L. is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers’ personal data. The data will be used only to manage activity bookings and improve the quality of the service. Easy Adventures S.L. will apply the necessary security measures to protect said data, in accordance with the principles established by the applicable regulations.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation with Easy Adventures S.L., the client accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from making the reservation.
